Spring is finally here, and for many of us, a wardrobe refresh is well in order. Luckily, Quince is hosting a rare, one-day-only sale with affordable clothing basics for up to 30% off.

I’ve been testing Quince for over two years now, so I can tell you which styles aren’t worth it. Heads up: If you’re buying anything leather or suede, go for a darker colorway (the lighter shades tend to look flat in person). I’ve also learned that the women’s clothing tends to skew small, so size up if you’re in between.

That’s not to say I haven’t found some hidden gems from Quince. There’s plenty of cashmere on clearance, and the quality is acceptable considering the already-affordable price tag.
