The Thunder dominated in Games 1 and 2, winning 114-88 and 118-103, respectively. However, the Timberwolves were able to claw their way back on their home court, walloping the Thunder 143-101. The 42-point deficit was the Thunder’s worst playoff loss in franchise history, according to the Washington Post. Whether the game was a true turning of the tide remains to be seen, as the Wolves will have a second chance to prove themselves on their Minneapolis home court in Game 4 before the series returns to Oklahoma City.
