The band Iron Maiden during their performance at the Metropolitano Stadium, on July 5, 2025, in Madrid, Spain. Iron Maiden, pioneers of heavy metal since 1975, have sold more than 100 million records and marked generations with anthems such as "The Number of the Beast" and "Run to the Hills"

Some bands come through with a wave so heavy, it echoes throughout the decades. For me, and so many fans of heavy metal, there are sages. One of the earliest ones to pave the way for metal in modern times is the epic group known as Iron Maiden. They are now a fifty-year-old metal band dynasty, and we, the lucky fans, will see them tour next year. I’ve broken down how to get Iron Maiden tickets below.

When they first debuted on the airwaves, the band took a dark turn on the musical landscape. During that time, metal was all about big hair and glam, but they brought melodic songs that paired with epic riffs and heavy sounds, making them one of the new wave of UK bands that changed metal forever.

The group’s biggest hit, Hallowed be Thy Name,” wasn’t just epic for its time. Iron Maiden, and their various hits, were among the breakthrough artists that gave heavy metal its standing flavor. They are known as being one of the four fathers of metal, right alongside Metallica, Black Sabbath, and Judas Priest.

If you’ve been wanting to see one of the most legendary bands in the history of metal, you’ve come to the right place. I’m going to tell you how you can rock out during their coming tour next year, which includes North American and international dates, along with some epic festivals you don’t want to miss out on. Rock on with the info we’ve found on Stubhub and VividSeats below.

Iron Maiden closed up the first part of a major series tour in August. Their Run for Your Lives tour traveled extensively throughout Europe. There weren’t any North American dates in it. Despite being a legacy of half a century, the band is still active, conducting regular tours.

How to buy tickets for Iron Maiden’s 2026 concert tour

While there are a lot of tickets available for resale, there are several events where tickets are not available on resale sites. Some of the events I found when researching possible dates for the coming tours were on one of the resellers, but not the other. None of the festival dates were available on VividSeats. Tickets for some of the events, if you can get them before they hit the resale market, are worth getting directly while you can. For some events, however, like the Los Angeles show on September 26th, the cost difference is minuscule.

How much are tickets?

The highest-priced tickets in the tour are the festival dates. They are also the dates with highlights featuring VIP tickets. VIP tickets are significantly more expensive than their general admission or seated counterparts. It’s going to be a tremendously different experience for those who choose the VIP tickets, especially at a festival.

As someone who has had the pleasure of attending a festival (although not an Iron Maiden one), I can attest that a VIP ticket can be pretty rad. At the same time, there is an energy that happens when you’re in the pit of a metal show. I would dare say that the heart of the show is in that pit. However, it can be pretty intense there. Sometimes, factors make a person decide not to venture into the depths of hell that lie within that pit. Those concert-goers’ desires to watch the concert in their own ways are valid ways to rock, too.

Ticketmaster does have some of the dates that aren’t available on resellers. You’ll want to be mindful of the differences. The Tons of Rock event costs about $484 on Ticketmaster but $844 via Stubhub. The October 2nd show, which is not yet available for resale on VividSeats, is currently listed for $53 on Ticketmaster.

Ultimately, you’ll want to determine which location or locations interest you most, decide where you want to be at the show, and then explore to find the space that works best for your needs. For some of these shows, you’ll want to scoop things up before they hit the resale market, or you’re going to be paying a lot more for them.

Who is opening for Iron Maiden’s tour?

Iron Maiden is doing a lot of shows solo, but they are also doing several festivals while they tour Europe. We’ve broken down the dates in the above charts by festival to make them easier to understand. There are eight different chances to see Iron Maiden playing with other big bands. They’re the most expensive shows to see them play on their entire tour.

That said, here’s who else you can expect to see playing at those festivals:

Will there be international tour dates?

There are several opportunities to see Iron Maiden playing internationally. In fact, if you’re looking to see them paired with other major rock acts, you’re going to want to catch an international show. While the shows are more expensive, there are several days jam-packed with rock artists during those festivals.

Who are the members of Iron Maiden?

While five of the six original members of Iron Maiden are still alive (original vocalist Paul Di’Anno died earlier this year), not all of them are still performing. The current touring roster includes bassist Steve Harris, lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson, drummer Simon Dawson (who replaced longtime drummer of 42 years Nicko McBrain), guitarists Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, and Janick Gers.
